If you mean Upper new ark, ya can't, but to get to new ark you can either pay 5c to don's grunt in the slums or get money by fighting and winning 5 times to buy a pass, so you can  move in and out of the NA quickly.

Hey Indy, I know this might not be your type of thing and all, but any chance that in the future you're going to add more male related content? Like a lean, masculine body to males, some clothing and characters? The game so far is great, specially in r12, thanks for making the game!
